shipping to japan?
:eek::eek::eek:mole' -
All I do is punch in the weight and size and they tell me the cost for shipping ground, not much I can do about that. Buying locally is always cheaper as there is no shipping charges. What I paid for the MFW's and the wire grills, I can't give them away to satisfy a cheaper price because shipping is too high. It is the same issue I had when I sold the Conquest. Those shipping charges were in the stratosphere.

Thinking about going back to MCACC instead of Audyssey Pro. Just thinking mind you. I've got about 3200 into Audyssey gear so I would have to sell it off plus all the amps, 3 carvers and one Outlaw mono. So the total is maybe 4400 into it all. Looking to the Pio SC 37. The reason is that MCACC is more for forgiving with sub output on the LFE. Audyssey contols everything and MCACC only controls the sub channel to 63 hz. Just thinking.

For some reason I love MCACC.
-
+1 for MCACC, much more accurate than Audyssey and doesn't neuter the bass. I use the Antimode 8033 to EQ the sub below 80 hz and this combo is a match made in heaven
-
Hummm, I believe that Pioneer receiver MACC seems to be sophisticated gear :cool: What would you say the advantage would be over your present system?
Actually Audysey Pro is at the top of the heap for sohphistication. You can shot up to 32 positions in your room for the EQ where MCACC only does 3. Audyssey controls everything in the EQ for all the channels including the sub(s). MCACC is more of a quick setup and does leave the sub channel alone below 63 hz. The result is that you get more of a bang in your sub with MCACC. Audyssey is along the lines of THX, more detail but less boom.

Now I wonder what you'll be using for sub(s) now that you've sold your 3 MFW-15s?DARE TO SOAR:

But in your case, bass seems to have priorities, right? Now I understand...

Okay, so at this point, I'm confused. Couple questions: Its been long enough; are they still around? Second, whats been done to them? Have the caps been replaced? What version(s)/styles are they? And where can I find pictures of said custom grills? I don't see anything in the thread. Thanks.
