Dead Channel in Parasound Amp?

Before I moved I was demoing a pair of speakers I had sold, and in a moment of utter ignorance I pulled the banana plugs from the left speaker before turning the amp off. They knocked together when they fell, or came close enough, as I saw a spark and my amp threw a red protection signal. Just hooked up some speakers to test that channel and it is dead.

I would assume it is some sort of blown fuse and not a more serious issue, but the fuse would be in the amp portion of the circuitry and not the externally accessible one above the power cord if my instincts are correct.

What I was wondering is how difficult this will be to fix on my own or whether it would be expensive to have someone in the area do it? I'm in Massachusetts now which of course has a larger community than Oklahoma, so I could probably find someone, but if it is a simple operation I can do it myself.

I will get pictures up later of the interior, i'm hoping people can give me a bit of insight into this. The amp is a HCA-1205A, all the other channels are still running perfectly.

Thank you all for any help you can provide!
