So for my online class I was chosen to do texting as a means of internet communication. There are 3 other people in my group and they haven't been much help. My issue is, that when I go to find a site about texting nothing really...scholarly pops up.
I have hit Time Magazine and Psychology Today and found a few articles....but was looking for a few more.
Are there any sites the pop up in your head...
This is for Research Methods One.
Thanks.

does your school offer any type of journal search engines you could use? or for example one that used to be decent was Lexus Nexus for searching and retrieving articles. I can't remember the one I always used for Journal reviews and publications, as its getting late and what not, the name escapes me at this moment.

also go to your school's library web page. Often they will have links to better search engines and data bases that are made for colleges in order to get better articles ect than what you would find on google.

Asking others to do your work is generally frowned upon in school. Better stick with Kmart.

You have to be in the library to use our schools journal search engine I have already tried. I will make an attempt to get over there tomorrow, but was hoping to find most of it online tonight.
I printed a few from New York Times and Washington post...Not sure if those are considered scholarly though?

    http://scholar.google.com/

This is a version of google that filters out the crap and will give you *mostly* credible articles and journals. I don't know if that's good enough though, because I know I'm not allowed to use anything that doesn't come from an actual academic journal from the university database.
