Y'all know about this player by now. Highly regarded Non-Elite model with separate stereo outs for great audio playback. Moved my PS3 to the family room to have this player in the bedroom, but would rather just have another PS3 for when friends come over.

$140 + shipping. Comes with original remote... no box.

A few questions about this. I see that it is a 1.1 player? Is that right? Is there no network port for it? Would there be any issues playing some of the newer titles? I heard that some players needed to be updated to play some movies.

I am in the market for a bdp and do not need the streaming options. This looks like a heck of a deal...

    Rear - RTiA3's
    Center - CSiA4
    Sub - PSW110

You can download Firmware Updates from Pioneer's website, burn onto a disc, and put into player to update. I'm doing so right now and will report with results... apparently that always seems to fix any playback issues.

Having trouble with getting the update to work... can't seem to burn it in the proper way to make the player recognize it.

That being said, I just ordered an update disc directly from Pioneer for free. So there's definitely a sure-fire way to keep this up to spec without a cost. If this player is sold before then, I will mail the buyer the update disc when it arrives.

Got it working now... currently says "DISC-DWLD" on display. When I get back from dinner it will be running version 1.65. PSOVLSK, I'll send you the disc when I'm done.

I use one as a CDp over analog cables. Excellent player, simply burn the image to disc and update.Takes no time and plays everything well. Highly recommended.

No word from Larry quite yet. Don't want to start a buyer war... someone just say "I'll take it" so we can close up shop. :)

    Get it NAO!!!

Very smooth, rich, and warm-sounding CDP.

I thought my old cdp sounded good, and so did you. We were both wrong.
