Would You...
...buy a Polk PSW10 for $39.00 for a small apartment sub? I wan't a musical sub that doesn't need to be loud. I'll be using a Yamaha RX-V367 and 2 TSi200's along with it.
I was also considering the PSW111, but for $39 the PSW10 seems like a better deal.
Any advice?

For $39, I would at least give it a try. If you don't like it you can sell it and make a few $.

I agree with Conradicles. For $39 it is a no brainer in my opinion. You can move on to something else later and sell the PSW10 fro more than you paid for it.Front - RTiA5's
Rear - RTiA3's
Center - CSiA4
Sub - PSW110 -
I don't know what was going through my head, but I never thought about selling it to make a profit. Wow.

It isn't a bad idea to jump on arbitrage opportunities every once in a while to make a little cash here and there. (I've done it)
