Info on a Fisher MT-867 TT?

Hey all, I have the opportunity to pick one of these up from a local. It comes with a relatively new cartridge, but besides that I know very little about it. A couple of searches have returned no substantial info on the TT.
Basically, the guy is selling it for 50 with about 30 albums. It's supposedly in good condition but doesn't come with a dust cover.
What do you guys think? The TT I had just died on me... and it was a very basic one to begin with.
Any advice on what to look for and take into consideration when looking at used TTs? Thanks in advance for any info
