Like new, in gold champane color, with remote and manual. Built-in DD and DTS decoder, plays DVD audio and video disc, progressive scan, gold finish outputs. $110 including Fedex ground shipping to lower 48 states.

    As I cannot make an actual offer to buy at this time, I tried to send you a private email rather than reply here, but you aren't accepting emails.

    I am interested in this player... but it could be a couple of weeks before I can do anything about it. If someone else takes it, obviously my loss. But if you still have it towards the end of June, I'm HOPING I'll be in a position to talk to you about it. Sorry I can't be more definite, but I at least wanted you to know you have a nibble.

    From what I've heard, though... I don't want FedEx.

    No problem, if I still have it by then. Don't litsen for what you heard, I do business with Fedex all the times, and with all the folks who bought my stuff, I never hear any complaint from them, including myself. Of course, UPS is another option, but you will not get any better services. I always send the stuff insured, so you will have the coverage in case something happens. If I don't have any other offer by June 19th, then I will hold it for you. I'm leaving for NYC on June 20th, and will be back by June 27th. Please post your email here, I will send you an email.

    I appreciate your response. That "hold it for me" causes me pause a little... I expect that you'll sell it to anyone who offers before I can follow-through... no expectation on my part that you're holding it for me.

    At work I ship at least 500 packages a year with FEDEX, and I very rarely have a problem. one claim in 8 years. To mee thats a very good record, But I pack the items correctly and insure if over 100.00 just in case.

    Sorry if I'm pressing the 'maybe/maybe not' point. I don't like to disappoint people, and I think sometimes I go out of my way to make sure I'm not setting someone up for a disappointment. I am interested and I hope I can work it out. I posted a question about this specific player, as one was listed on Audiogon.. and then bam yours shows up here. Now.. that CAN'T just be co-winkydink. I just have to slowly and quietly convince my wife that it is meant to be.
