Power question for Polk Audio PA1100.5 5-channel amp

I plan to purchase a Polk Audio PA1100.5 amp and it states that it could the following:
* 80 watts RMS x 4 + 280 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms
* 125 watts RMS x 4 + 400 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms
* 250 watts RMS x 2 bridged at 4 ohms + 600 watts RMS x 1 at 1 ohm
Now would it be possible for me to run the amp at 80wx4 @ 4 ohm in addition to 600w x 1 @ 1ohm? Or will I be limited to 280w @ 4 ohm for the sub channel.
The reason I ask is because my components only have an RMS of 80w. Or would I be okay running them at 250w as long as the gains were kept low?

Good to know. But does anyone know if I can run it at 80wx4 @ 4ohm and 600w @1 ohm for the sub channel? I'd be much more comfortable running it that way (if possible).

Your speakers show the impedence to your amp. So if you hook up 4x4ohm speakers and 2 subs wired to 1ohm, you will get 4x80watts + 1x600watts. Is that what you wanted to know? The amp has seperate power sources for the 4ch's and the mono channel.
