They look rough but sound great! Still a good sounding speaker even compared to current offerings.

They have the sought after silver dome tweeters.

No grilles, cabinets are scratched and marked but unbroken.

IOW, semi-ugly but completely functional.

    shoot man, I wanted to buy some of those, hopefully will. I plan on collecting an SDA-SRS, Monitor 10, those you got and some other SDA model.

    I am using two pair as side and rear surrounds in the livingroom and I love them. Actually mine are the Series II with the SL 2500 tweeters. Before I mounted them up in the rafters (I live in a loft) I got the chance to A/B them against my SDA CRS+ and was way surprised how well they held their own against the CRS+'s. The 'baby' SDA's had way more body but the M5JR+ SII had the upper hand in the highs, the SL2500 is a nicer tweeter then the SL2000 silver coil dome.
