I am very new at this, but I recently got a Polk/Momo mm100 10" subwoofer. I already had bought the mm6 components and had them installed with a Kenwood amp. Now I need to know what kinda amp I should look for for the sub. Everyone I talk to seems to tell me something diffrent. I have the components hooked to the stock stereo and was also wondering if I could hook up the second amp to the stock stereo as well. Any advice would be helpful.

quite honestly stock stereos suck and the best thing u can do is buy an aftermarket head with dual or triple 4 volt preouts ---

but, TECHNICALLY, you can hook up the 2nd amp to the passthroughs of the first or with Y-taps to the Line out converter.

    -- it'll just suck though.

far as what amp -- Cadence makes some stud stuff... mtx... RF... hifonics... yada yada-- I suggest something in the 500x 1 to 600 x 1 at 4 ohms bridged range. -- five something ought to be fine.
