Help with unexpected sideeffect of Surroundbar

I recently hooked up my Polk Surroundbar and have it installed like in the image below. I like this setup and it's really my only option, but the Surroundbar now blocks the line-of-sight for the TV's remote communication (I have a 46" Sony Bravia). I'm looking for something that will raise my TV a few inches so the Surroundbar isn't in the way. I could use a couple of phone books, but I figure there must be something out there specifically made to raise a TV a few inches. Thanks for the help!

I've run into the same issue and used two pieces of Home Depot 1" MDF, cut to the base size, and spray painted them black. I used Blu-Tak to keep them snugged up and it worked fine.

I'm sure they're are more elegant options available but it works and you can even trim the sides with veneer if it wasn't pretty enough.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
