Pair of A9's Price.

Polk direct has a pair of A9's (B stock) for $1009 plus tax & shipping = about $1,200.

Is that a good deal? How good is B-stock speakers from polk direct?

    The A9's are going to be power by parasound hca 2205. Not sure if I'll need a separate sub for 2 channels set up. Currently, I have svs pb10. My room is about 25' x 15'.

    I dont need one for my A7's, similar square footage. So I wouldn't think you would with those.

    Just give them plenty of time to break in. I bought mine in April, and they just recently broke in. And I use them a lot.

    Also picked up my A9's from there. around the same price and yes for 1200 they are still a good price, may pick them up other places cheaper but probably not in as good of condition and shipping would rpobably be more.
