speaker settings

My H/K 520 only has sub crossover settings of 40 or 60 hz and my main speakers frequency range are 35-20Hz.Should I set my mains to large or small and what should I set my reciever's sub crossover at?

    In general I'd set the X-over at 60 and the speakers to small.

    What speakers and what sub are you running?
