Looking for x-over for active set-up. One that woun't give me noise/static/ground loop issues i hear so much about.
Here's my other "ingredients"
Kenwood DNX9140
Polk Audio mmc6500 (MOMO components) currently bi-amped
Polk Audio PA500.4 amp (4x100W)
There's also a sub/mono amp but that can be run off my headunit.
I do realize you gatta pay to play but really not looking to spend lots of $$$. Up to $150 would be ideal but will concider more expensive ones if they will pay off in a long run (no issues)

You aint gonna find much for $150.....if anything at all.
Your best bet would be to invest in a head unit with a good X-over. I prefer Alpines. Their upper end lines ($400'ish) have not only an excellent crossover feature set but also a great time alignment feature as well. They dont have as extensive an EQ but its good enough to dial in some excellent sound.polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005

New headunit isn't really an option since i just paid for my 9140 2 days ago lol.
Had dnx5140 which has a LOT less sound tunning options but navi/bluetooth is a must for me, plus i already had all Kenwood stuff with it (will work for 9140 as well) - back-up camera, ipod, satelite radio, swi-pack...
So it's back to x-overs LOL
How's this Kicker?? Pretty cheap, and does just what i need it to do.
9140 does have time allignment btw together with whole bunch of tunning options.

Not worth it. Range is only from 40-300 Hz. Not much you can do with that.polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005

great LOL
Could you recommend some? Even if it's more then my price range, i'd rather pay once and be happy then get 2-3 units before getting something i should have gotten in the first place.2008 Nissan Altima

You're looking for an amp / hu / passive xover unit that lets you set the mid lp and the tweet hp somewhere between 4-5khz. Find the cheapest solution.
