I wish I could say it was me, but some lucky bloke in TX already has one of the first PB2+.

He fired up T2 at 6 clicks under Reference Level and promptly cracked a nearby window.

Read about it here:

Assuming the PB2+ lives up to its advance billing, I've got my PC+ pre-sold to a local enthusiast.

No shipping notice yet; it should ship today or Friday, but I'm really not chomping at the bit. The PC+ is totally amazing and thundered last night on Die Another Day.

The PB1-ISD is the sonic equal to the 25-31PCi with a 22 Hz port installed. This mod is free and the resulting sub is often referred to as the 22-31PCi, even though no official designation exists for this variant.

The two have the same driver, same tune point, same (roughly) internal volume, and same amp.

If you like cylinders, they are cheaper than the boxes, but the sound/performance is the same.

I have heard a 25-31PCi extensively, so I have a good idea of what the PB1-ISD will sound like.

The PB2+ is nearly the equal of dual co-located 25-31PC-Plus cylinders. The dual cylinders have the smallest of edge in max output below 28 Hz, but from a FR and tuning standpoint, they are nearly identical sounding.

Audio overcooked, awesome bass, good surrounds, plot/acting just average to slightly above average, and CGI was awful during the "surfing" scene.
