"Best of Audio" On-line Store - Authorized?

Amazing prices found at Best of Audio on-line store but they are not on Polk's "approved" on-line store list.
It's not my intention to reopen any sensative pricing/warranty/retailer issues (still kinda new), but was hoping maybe they (Best of ... ) had just not been added to "the list" yet.
