Where'd this pic come from? Poor people..... looks like their roof collapsed, or was not present? Get out the hair drier, I guess :-)

What is it? Ice?Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.

I just wonder how it happened...Ludicrous gibs! -
What a mess!!
My guess is that a water line in the ceiling froze and broke in several places. -
Looks like there were some burst water pipes in the ceiling during some really cold weather. Look at the insulation hanging down. I had that happen to me years ago when we had temps of around 20º below and we aren't really prepared for that kind of weather. In fact for some strange reason that day Knoxville TN had the coldest temp in the US at minus 24º(excluding Alaska). I was lucky that we were able to turn off the water before it got to that point and the pipe that burst was in a wall and not the ceiling.
I'm not so sure that that VW Cabriolet isn't a bigger loss than the Porsche. The are very hard to find at times."Just because youre offended doesnt mean youre right." - Ricky Gervais

It's amazing the pressure cold temps can put on pipes... I live in north Idaho, and have had several outside faucets just bust and split when it hits negative numbers at night.
BTW: I just noticed the AAA sign on the wall...
