Hi I'm new to the polk forum have been surfing here for awhile,i have listen to the rtia7 impressed with the sound, and the cabinet for the price.these were hooked up to a good amp and cd player,Has anybody been inside these,to look at the drivers and crossover. From what i read the midrange isn't sealed in back,if you sealed that midrange with a flower pot in back and do some dampning in the cabinet and upgraded the crosover with some good poly caps like erse or sonic caps, and with better inductors, has anybody tried this. Thanks Dennis

The RTi speakers all around are great speakers. I'm a proud owner of Rti A3's and RTi A9's along with a matching CSi A6. I tell you, these are amazing speakers and they have more bang for the buck than you would ever imagine.
