Polk I-Sonic Issue?

Hi... I'm a newbie to the forum and have a ridiculous question regarding my I-Sonic. I consider myself electronically inclined but for some reason my clock is not advancing. So I will follow the easy steps, and set the clock - let's say 8:33pm. It doesn't budge from that time. However, I noticed, if I activate the alarm on/off let's say 4 minutes later, it'll show 8:37pm, and it'll stay at that time. It's very weird. Of course, none of the HD stations seem to come up either with none of the station call letters. :(

What seems to be the problem? Thanks in advance!

    Try posting your question in the Troubleshooting section. If someone from Polk doesn't see it there, CALL them.
