PS Audio - Duet 4-Outlet Power Conditioner

Looking to replace my power center for the 2-channel rig and don't want a "component style".
I want one that can be placed on the floor behind my rack, has at least 4 outlets and under $200.

PS Audio is a brand that I have no experience with, so I was hoping to get some feedback about this unit. Anybody have any hands on experience with this one or like models?

    Well I have the next model up, the Quintet. Works great in terms of protection. I do notice a slight loss of dynamics when using it versus plugging components directly into the wall. I'd have to do some more tests to know for sure though.

    I have the Quintet and the Duet. I like the quality of PS Audio gear and it seems they've got technology that backs up their hype. I haven't noticed any degradation in SQ or dynamics, however my Duet has been used for a secondary system where I might not notice it as much. For the current sale prices, highly recommended.

    If you can find a PS Audio UPC-200, get it.

    I have a Duet and a Quintet behind my rig. I had the Duet first, and was using it along with an APC unit for a few months. The quality of the PS Audio is excellent, and it worked better in my rig than the APC, so I picked up a Quintet. I have a dedicated line for my system, so my need for voltage regulation is not as critical. The PS Audio units seem to deliver cleaner, quicker power than the APC and Furman’s that I have used in the past.

    In the manual PS Audio suggests using a higher quality cable than the one they include. I upgraded my power cable, and I agree with their recommendation. With the better cable, I have compared the PS Audios to a direct connection to the wall, and have noticed no loss in dynamics, or anything else. So, to get the most out of it, I would advise adding that to your budget. For the price in your links, it’s a bargain.

    Thanks. If I already have a dedicated 20 AMP circuit, I'm wondering if I should just go with the PS Audio Juicebar II...$119 from Audio Advisor and later on get a PS Audio Soloist for my wall outlet. Decisions, decisions lol.
