Sub cable and speaker wires

Just wanted to know what everyones opinions were on really good quality sub cables and speaker wires.

I have a 5.1 system that I will be hooking up SOON :)

TSi 300's (front)
CS10 (center)
OWM 3's (rear)

PSW 110 (sub)

I want really good, durable wiring, WITHOUT being ridiculous and breaking the bank. What is currently out there that would be perfect for my set-up? Thanks.

    First off. What are the run lengths for the sub and the speaker cable. Next what is your budget exactly...
    Do you want bananas, or spades or just bare wire...
    If you are on a budget you can get 12 gauge wire, 50 feet of it for like 12 then, pick up a sub cable for 6 pay like 9 for shipping and you will be all set.

    im gonna get flamed for this but whatever you do DONT FALL FOR "MAGIC" WIRE, by some decent 12-16 ga. wire and a decent sub cable, nothing "fancy"

    Really....all in all. The monoprice 12 gauge cable is your best bet. Or even some blue jeans cable which are highly regarded.
    I would stay away from monster, all your doing is paying them to rip more people off.
    I saw no diffrence in quality between the monoprice 12 gauge and 12 gauge monster xp cable that I had left over from a friends stereo.
    It is your call though. See what some other members mention and don;t fret too much at what you buy.

    I picked up some really cheap sub cable. its a tributaries series 7 rca interconnect...Anybody else use this before... I would go with the monoprice normallly but the price was so cheap on this that I decided to give it a shot...
