what surround to use

hi guys,

can you help me pls decide on what surround should i choose, owm3 or tsi 100? btw im using tsi 300 for fronts and cs10 as center. thanks

    The 100's are going to give you more sound in my opinion. I had the OWM3's as surrounds at one point. They were good but there was no punch to them at all. I got them at first due to the mounting options. They can be mounted a ton of different ways where as the 100's would need stands or something.
    Front - RTiA5's
    Rear - RTiA3's
    Center - CSiA4
    Sub - PSW110

    What brand and model surrounds to use is a question asked here often and maybe it would help, me included, if those in the know would explain exactly what audio signals are sent from the receiver to the surround speakers. In this thread it was mentioned that a certain surround speaker (100's) give more sound and punch than the Omni2. Is any base sent to a surround speaker? Someone comparing the omni3 or Mirage Nan Sat to the 100 or any other surround speaker would be very educational to many coming here for help in deciding whats what in the surround speaker world.
