Some of my buddy, Buddy:p Had to use a tie out stake in his running days.

Dude, awesome dog. I'm jealous. I was planning on getting that breed, but with my schedule it wouldn't have been right since they need lots of extra attention.

    Someday. :)

Thank you! Yes they need a lot of attention and good training, but they are great dogs. And even the best trained ones will run off on you. I have over 2 acres for him to play around on, definitely not a small yard dog. He especially loves playing in the snow:D He's my second one, except he's twice the size of my old dog:eek: And omg the hair, you definitely gotta keep them well groomed lol.
    I love animals, they're delicious!

No doubt. I have wanted one since I was a kid and really started doing my research over the last year or so after I bought my house.

Realistically I learned it was just not the time for me to have that breed of dog. It sucks, but like I said...someday. Probably get two of them. The weirdest thing is that they have such terrible homing instincts. You'd think with sled dog pedigree they'd have that.

I ended up getting a black lab last week instead and I'm happy.

Good looking dog you've got! :D

Congrats! and very cool to hear you did your research and what was best for you, even if it meant passing up on what you wanted.

I remember after 101 Dalmations movie came out and folks bought them like crazy, only to have them end up in the pound as they sometimes really aren't good with kids. That's just sad....

Ha haha bro. My black lab/border collies mix is named Moose. You pup is really cute. Did you name him moose because his paws are so big. I remeber when my Moose was 6 weeks old his paws were so big he could walk or run without tripping over them thus the name moose.
