I was wondering what everyone thought about building a iso-baric home sub enclosure. I was thinking of trying one for a 2ch setup but wanted to get a little more information on them. I am think of doing the push pull setup. Ive heard that they are not as loud as a tradition setup, but much more accurate. If anyone has done this, what do you think? Thanks for your time.

The only advantage of a compound or Isobaric arrangement is reduced volume requirements, you don't gain any additional sensitivity.IMO unless physical size is an issue the standard push pull setup would be better as you gain additional 6db of sensitivity.

i say go for it.. and post pics of the progress through the finished product.
I was thinking about the same thing the other day. Say two SEAS 10" woofers (from dynaco A25s).
anyway -- good luck and let us know when you get it started.
