I guess the 10 month wait for my LSi 25's was worth the wait.

I finally ran Audessey on my LSi 25's, LSi C, LSiFX, and Maelstrom 18" 17Hz tuned sub and blasted the Kings of Leon Live concert at the O2 center in TrueHD.

Fricken blown away. I'm speechless.
Speakers: Polk LSi 25, LSiC, LSiFX

    Grats Wetcoast!

btw, that is one awesome Pre/Pro you have there. One of these days, when you are ready, please do a review. Thanks.
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

Congrats! How come you had to wait ten months? Piling up the cash or were they out of stock?

You bet. I was skeptical to say the least. I've been running a tiny Klipsch Quintet until I gathered the funds to assemble this array. I figured the little Klipsch's sounded pretty good all things considered. I made a serious mistake and can't go back to a modest listening life style.

To tell you the truth I don't have any frame of reference to compare the Integra to because I was using an old Denon AVR as a pre before. The Integra does everything but clean the dishes and sounds good doing it. The only annoyance that the integra has is that is has a relay that clicks everytime the audio input changes or there's no audio signal. This is prevalent on every button press of the remote for fast forward, rewind of the PS3 or PVR. The really cool feature of the Integra is all of the network capability which I didn't even buy the thing for. I stream audio and perform firmware updates sitting on my couch with the remote.

Long story but I bought them through a buying club that gets them directly from the factory. The Polk factories moved in China creating a gap in deliverable product. I saw the pointy end of the production gap.

Sherardp, your setup would be Polk-perfect with an upgrade of your speakers to the LSi lines, of course. :)

Congrats, nice system. Also, gotta love those Integra Pre-s for HT...it doesn't get much better than what you already have for most of 'us'!

    Enjoy!
