Best Buy sent me a survey...

It was in regards to an email I recently sent them requesting that they stop sending me crap. It's the only email I've received from them since the response to that request. Most of the questions were in regard to the service I received from their CSR online, which was excellent. The last few questions, though, were about their store in general. It gave me an opportunity to fully enumerate my list of grievances with the store near me, and my frustration in trying to buy products from sales reps who know less about their products than I do. I wonder if they'll try to contact me about it again...
