    could you tell me how to post a picture? it pops up and says enter image url... what does that mean?

    To have an image Uniform Resource Locator (URL) means that the picture is online already, and you know the address to it. You could use the free Google Picasa to post pictures and then supply the picture's URL to the picture tool.
