I am still driving the old RM-3000 surround set up, a sound I have always been happy with. I am thinking of abandoning the sub as speakers tied to sub is less than ideal for current apt renovation. Any thoughts on my trying to find another pair of old matching speakers and using these four speakers direct to amp with new separate sub?
