Been raining buckets forever here in KC. Was nice to get out and get the chores done this afternoon.

Looks like the rain paid some dividends; that yard is looking mighty green. Looks good!

Looking good! KC is my hometown. Lived in the Brookside area for a good many years, then east in Pleasant Hill before moving to the east coast.

I felt bad as my dad and step mom came in town from Florida this week. It was no more than a 30% chance but ended up raining almost everyday. Thankfully we had a gorgeous day today an we spent the whole day outside. Loved it!

Gorgeous house and perfect lawn. Keep up the good work!!

Brookside is really cool. I love that part of the city.

Damn rain --- finally got out and ran a 3.1miler outside yesterday! On the plus side, though, as you've said the lawn is looking mighty fine right about now.

I here you guys. Got my first case of sunburn yesterday (yes I used spf50) opening up the pool. Usually open the first of May but precipitation delayed the process. Sunny today and my Harley needs its legs stretched. You know how it is, pools open, wifes happy, and a day of chores=a day of play. Where is my freaking helmet?
