what are some possible causes of feed back when the ic is connected. i have verified the common ground on an adcom 5400. i spoke to adcome and they said some models arent but can be configured. this one is. without the ic they are ok with it make s feed back like walking in front of a stack with a microphone.

    Strap the negatives together on the amp.
