I recently put in a request to have something done that I think was out of the ordinary and possibly time consuming for Ken and/or the other mods.
It was taken care of pronto.

You know, it wouldn't be unreasonable to expect the mods to just get by on their good looks, but ..... they're actually doing A-OK ! You know what .... let's upgrade that to AA+-Ok+.
