Well, this wasn't exactly what i was expecting it to be. Very gritty and dark revenge flick with a few twists. Enjoyable, probably won't watch it again.

There were so many "you've got to be kidding me" moments in this movies. For example, why was the mysterious guy so clumsy that he left his leftover cigar at the dead guy's home? Why did the bad guys keep the main character alive after kidnapping him, then bring him back to the headquarter, leave just one idiot there to watch him, allow him to kick the **** out of that idiot and return home without any problem? How could a poisoned man drive all the way to a VIP's home, kick the door open, kill both of his bodyguards, dodge the VIP's bullet, then manage to pour poisoned milk into the VIP's throat? I loved it but thought the audio was bad ....... jk
I did not like the way mel got poisoned but he was ex military and capable of kicking **** ..... the reason the cigar was left there was to let mel know who done it thats why he thanked the genral for not killing him
The bad dudes were gona make it look like he died breaking in to the plant -

What if the police or other investigators walked in first? Would they take the cigar as evidence to look for DNA? Really doesn't make sense to make such a mistake.polkfarmboy wrote: »The bad dudes were gona make it look like he died breaking in to the plant
Of course everybody know that was the intention, but how could they leave him there with just one wimpy dude? If that was such a secretive nuclear plant, how could he walk out that easily?
That's why the movie was just so-so, not a great one to watchGears shared to both living room & bedroom:

I just actually took the time to read it. I like the thread a lot better as well. I like my review better, though. Because it's mine.

The "mysterious one" was also dying. He would have killed Mel in the blink of an eye, but chose to help him by steering him in the right direction and killing those that were using him to cover it up, thus exposing the whole thing. It was very poorly explained, but my bet is he was trying to make his peace with God and his own soul before death came calling for him as well.
BTW... I am going to recommend that I be banned for thinking that the OP's review sucked in the same way that Rosanne Barr sucked when she sang the National Anthem.:D:D:D:p;)The Gear... I liked your review better also. Straight to the point without all the "professional wannabe" hoopla.
Interesting, this is in my netflix queue, but says it releases 6/8/10
It's part of that B.S. short-term exclusivity thing Netflix is having to bear with some studios. They have to wait like 30 days before they can rent it out. Stupid greedy studios!Equipment list:
