Fishy audiogon TT ads

Could be just me, could be a strange coincidence, but I've been hanging out on the TT classifieds and have seen ALOT of Music Hall TTs w/ upgraded Goldring cartridge where a supposed buyer suddenly decided to trade up for something else.

So do these TT suck or is there a smell of fish??

H9: If you don't trust what you are hearing, then maybe you need to be less invested in a hobby which all the pleasure comes from listening to music.
