    Agreed.

I just polished off a Chicken Suprimo. I think it's time to go do some "work" in "the Lab". ;)

I'm looking forward to 3pm when I can get out of here...the warm office air is making it tough to stay awake

there are no seeds in this

Yeah, they aren't in every dish. Depending on where you go they can be in a lot of stuff. The place next to where I used to lived really turned me off because of how much they used them. Other than that the food was awesome.

The seeds are fennel seeds, which are nasty (imo), especially if you have the misfortune of biting into one. Way too overpowering. I haven't looked into it, but it might be one of those foods that only affects certain people (kind of like cilantro).

I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and the sauce was loaded with fennel seeds. :(

Yes that Masala sause has the darn fennel seeds. I don't mind them in small amounts as they are potent. The place I get my wraps from don't have seeds.

Nah, it'll be fine. The mozzarella is loaded with calcium. It's the same as cramming a handful of TUMS down your gullet.

LOL!!! In that case get the Sicilian I mentioned above and have them load it up with mozzarella! Hehehe!

There's a place north of King of Prussia PA called Pudge's, pronounded Pudgys (don't know if it is still there). They make cheeseburger BLTs on a long roll that are just awesome just as their other samiches are but this one as delicious as it is will take a couple of year off your life. Their hoagies are so packed you can't get your mouth around them and oh yeah the have a hoagie called the Pudge where they pack ham, turkey, & roast beef with all the fixin's. I ate one once years ago and fell asleep at my desk about a 1/2 later. When I woke up it was quitting time, I was still so full, I couldn't eat dinner. Now that is saying something as I was able to eat 1/2 a steer and still keep going!

Hey what do ya know, they've modernized but the website must be down so I can't tell if things are the same. My office mates and I use to frequent it often when I worked in KoP. I also used to order a pizza steak with fried onions, mushrooms and sweet peppers . . . it was to die for. Needless to say I was in my late 20s, early 30s at the time and didn't gain an ounce in weight as I was very active in many sports at the time.

I hope, like other establishments that go bigger, the quality and quantity of their hoagies and steaks didn't go down hill.

Well their website is back up, HEY what the HEY they took the that Cheese Burger BLT on a long roll off the menu!

Even so, if you are ever in that area and a little hungry, I highly recommend this place. I dare you to eat one of their large steaks or hoagies! Don't expect the type of Italian meats or bread that Primo's offers but Pudge's fare is delicious.
