loose or broken Xover mounting posts

what's the fix for these little plastic pieces? one spkr has two that are good. the other's posts are all smoothed out so the board finds it's way to the bottom of the cabinet. my boards are due back from ben this week and i'm hoping to get an idea of how to address this.

    I remember Ben (I think) posted a site that had similiar post for sale.

    If you do get them I would but some silicone or similar substance on them to prevent them from coming off again.

    Two of my tabs came of, I beleive in shipping them. They are siliconed now and life is good.

    I replaced all the plastic standoffs with metal ones. They are available from many sources too.
