Klipsch THx Ultra2 Subwoofer system!!!!

Hello,

For sale a Good condition pair of Klipsch Thx Ultra2 KW-120 subwoofers and the KA-1000Thx subwoofer amplifier. Im asking $1875.00:)

I'm selling this Klipsch Sub system for a good friend of mine.
I use to own them and sold them to him about 8 months ago.

These high-performance subwoofers that are part of the THX Ultra2 family features a 12-inch, long-throw Cerametallic driver and front-firing port. It includes a 15 pound motor structure and a 20-foot Monster THX Ultra cable with Neutrik Speakon connectors.:D:D:D

The subwoofer is driven by an external 1-kilowatt amplifier (KA-1000-THX) tailored to its characteristics for maximum output and reliability with extremely low distortion.

I prefer a local sale in the Chicagoland area.

an outboard amp will give you better power, cleaner power and upgradeability.

Also, internal subwoofer amps are somewhat prone to breakage/failure due to the massive amounts of vibrations that they receive by being mounted in a sub.

Using an external amp isolates the amp from the sub itself, greatly prolonging it's life span.
