    Keep in mind 2k will buy a good tower, but an excellent bookshelf. Just a thought...

    At that budget, I would vote for a used Sonus Faber Grand Piano (floorstanding), and might even be a pair Domus if one look hard.

    There is a new set of Dyn Audience 72 mini-towers on the bay right now.

    Still would leave play money to rectify the amp issue.

    There is also a great deal on dyn audience 72 se on audiogon, the guy also has them on ebay for $350 more. He has no feedback on audiongon but has 32 at 100% on ebay.
    $1050 + shipping is a no brainer for $2500 speakers!!!!!!

    I agree zingo, I would of bought them in a second if they were black. But the gray front and cherry sides doesnt do it for me.
