Blown Amp?

I was moving some components around my rack and when I got everything hooked up and powered on a loud pop came from my speakers and very little sound came out of my speakers...it was literally un-amplified sound. It does turn on, however.
The amp pops whenver it turns on or off...
Any idea what's going on here? and what I should do in terms of a fix?
Thanks!

The amp was likely blown (or a fuse/breaker/safety circuit), double check to ensure your speaker leads are not touching each other anywhere.

OF course unplug from power sourse first.
IF everything WAS working fine before you moved your components around.......
Check connections first to make sure you've properly placed your cables.
I did the same thing last week.
It's not the first time I've done it either.
I'd overlooked the obvious when trouble shooting my trouble. TOO much experience can lead to issues at times. I got the dreaded "head up my ****" syndrome. It was too easy and I blew it.
Most gear is pretty forgiving until it comes to speaker cable connections and pre out/in.
Good luck. -
did you check the fuse(s) in the ampJC approves....he told me so. (F-1 nut)

Thanks for the replies guys.
I opened it up this morning and took out all of the fuses. None of them appear to be blown, but I'll change them out later on this afternoon anyway. The fact that the amp will power on makes me think there's something other than the fuses malfunctioning here. But we'll see.My System Showcase!

Inspected the internals of the amp more thoroughly during my lunch break. I can't see anything immediately wrong with it...although admittedly, I don't exactly know what to look for. I've had amps over-heat/surge before and usually there was a slight burning smell and sometimes a little smoke....but I didn't get anything like that from my HK amp, and its fairing far worse than anything I've seen with my other gear.
Changing the fuses hasn't helped. The amp will power on, but doesn't appear to be amplifying the audio, and doesn't go into protect mode. I can hear a faint signal when I play something through the amp, although the speakers will pop pretty loudly when the amp turns on and off. Could it be a problem with the RCA inputs? I did have to move those around a bit last night. My System Showcase!
