Goes to the overreacting psychopath woman in this story :
South Boston toddler Jadm Moschella apparently thought he’d hit the motherload Saturday night when, while out to dinner with his parents and stepsister, he reached for a glass and began drinking - a white Russian intended for his dad!

“It’s white and he thought it was milk. He took one sip and started gagging,” said 2-year-old Jadm’s outraged mother, Jessica Smith, 22, who immediately called police from her table at the Rainbow Dragon restaurant on West Broadway.

“I was so scared,” she told the Herald. “I grabbed it out of his hand. Jeez. Try to get dinner and it’s a crime scene.”

Smith said Jadm’s father, Albert Moschella, 35, had ordered the potent potion of vodka, cream and coffee liquer, while his daughter was waiting on a Sprite and Smith, a fruity sex on the beach cocktail.

Liang Hu, a manager at Rainbow Dragon, said the family’s waiter placed all the beverages in the center of the table and later apologized for the mixup.

“The kids’ parents ordered the drinks. Our waiter made the drinks. The waiter put the drinks on the table. The parents didn’t watch the kids,” Hu charged.

Smith acknowledged the waiter’s mea culpa, but said, “My son just drank alcohol. Sorry’s not going to cover it. I said to him, ‘Did you card my 2-year-old tonight?’ ”

Smith accepted responsibility for parental distractions as she said the drinks were served while she was gathering up the menus to give their food order. She said Moschella was reading his horoscope to his daughter from a placemat.

As a friend of mine said :
22 year old mother, 35 year old father: Check.
Unique, unpronounceable name for child: Check.
Complete logical reversal in two paragraphs: Check.

I hope this "mother" was immediately hit by a falling piano upon leaving the restaurant. She called the POLICE because her daughter picked up a white Russian intended for her father. Just WOW.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

    I know people like that.

They can't understand why I do not like going places with them.

Especially restaurants. She can't be pleased no way, no how, everything is an issue and worthy of a scene. He never says anything, just blindly backs her up. If he does tell her to lay off, she'll throw a "silent tantrum" where she grits her teeth and curses at him through a clenched jaw like a 6 year old.

He's 34, she's 20. She was an "NSA thing". She told him doctors told her she couldn't get pregnant. Well, she did, hence the reason they stayed together. She was 19 when the "little bundle of joy" got brought into it's own personal hell.

maybe the kid understood what he's was going to have to deal with a decided it was better to check out early than deal with it?

I hope the police told her:
    A) get a clue, or
    B) threaten to take her children away for reckless endangerment of a minor.

Then give her the choice. If she continued to make a scene then just execute option B. It would be better for the kids in the long run.

    The rest.....
Paramedics responded to the eatery and determined Jadm was fine, and a grateful Smith said her son, seemingly bored with his Big Burst juice box, never acted tipsy.

“He’s a smart 2-year-old,” she said. “We go (to Rainbow Dragon) all the time, but I’ll never go back.”

Boston police spokesman officer Joe Zanoli said the incident appeared to have been an accident that fortunately ended well.

“The preliminary investigation does not show any wrongdoing by the establishment,” Zanoli said. “We will look into any potential violations. If any are found, a licensed premise violation may be issued at a later date.”

Never go back!?! I hope the restaurant banned her stupid **** for life!

Preliminary investigation.....potential violations!?! Are you kidding me???

I blame lawyers. Ours is the most litigious society ever created. Everything is someone else's fault, everything has to be totally F'ing fool proofed or it's defective, everyone has to watch out and be responsible for the stupidity of the next person. This 20-something year old "mom" grew up saturated in this bullsh*t.

WTF??? It's everyone else's fault all the time these days. I guess we all better be careful when at a mall, restaurant, other public place where children are present because we now have the responsibility of being their baby sitters and will get sued if something happens to their precious child that they were paying no attention to and we didn't take up their slack! UGH!! Double UGH!:rolleyes::mad::rolleyes:

Again, it is my firm believe that this country has lost it's mind!;)

For God's sake, when we were young it was nothing for my grandparents to give us a taste of home made wine.

Never going back to the Rainbow Dragon!?! They shouldn't be allowed back in any restaurant. They should also be fined for naming a kid Jadm! This poor kid is going to catch hell when he/she (can't tell by that name) gets in school for such a name!

Am I to assume the restaurant is walking distance to their home, that they had pre-arranged for a cab to get home, or the young sprite sipping daughter was the back up plan? Seriously...and she is upset at the food establishment.

People aren't allowed to drive after even a single cocktail now?

Given the location of the restaurant, it's likely they walked or took public transportation.

Joe, when I was a lifeguard at Noah's Ark we commonly would have to work the kiddy pool. We were only supposed to be there to make sure the kids didn't drown or get hurt and if they did do first aid. However you would commonly have the kids that would play in there while their parents would sit at the bar never paying attention to the child and when they would fall down and get hurt I would have to deal with about 5 kids while no parents would ever come to their childs rescue or even pay attention. The best is when they did fall down and get hurt and I would badage them up and they would stop crying to then have a drunk mom or dad yell at me because somehow on my watch of 50 children and no adults (or a few at most) around their child managed to fall down and scrap their knee so I was going to be sued for this (even though it normally took them 15-sometimes an hour) to notice their child was hurt.

oh and the best is when the blind child got lost in our park because the parents weren't watching them and it took them over an hour to find them. The child ran into a pole and sat down and started to cry and a guard found them and was trying to help them find their parents who they said left them alone to go play in the park. yep thats really smart.

"Goes to the overreacting psychopath woman"

"People aren't allowed to drive after even a single cocktail now?"

I figured if an overreaction can make someone a psychopath then a single cocktail could make them a dangerous drunk.

She is more than welcome to enjoy her cocktail. I think I may grab a cold one myself...it is close to lunch time here:)

    Yep, it's all my fault.

You know what's ironic? If you were to approach a mother or father for that matter who was beating the **** out of their kid in public and tried to intervene, they would tell you to mind your own business or literally tell you to GFYS!
