I am interested in satellite speakers for watching movies and songs and my budget is around 700$

Welcome to Club Polk! Generally speaking, the bigger the speaker, the more enjoyment you'll get out of it!
So, is something like this on your mind:

or something like is pictured here?

Also, is your budget for speakers only, or do you also need a receiver, etc...? -
@MDaudioguy, RM705 is something which somethin appeals to my mind. the budget is only for the speakers.
I am a bit confused over which ones to go rm6750 or rm 705...Well i dont wanna end up buyin somethin which i have to change in another year or so.
Also it would be great if you could suggest some reciever as well wid dese. -
I would highly recommend you get out and listen to some speakers. The sats work for some people for home theater, but I can assure you that they're not really gonna do it for you for music. You can get a MUCH fuller sound with some bookshelf speakers. The RM series satellite speakers are just plain tiny and can't reproduce the lower frequencies. I started with an RM6750 set, and I literally had it hooked up for only an hour. Actually, it was only minutes when I realized that it just wasn't going to do it for me. You could do a lot better for the $$ you're willing to spend. Whatever you do, make sure to do some comparison shopping here: http://stores.ebay.com/Polk-Audio-Direct Great deals, direct from Polk, on refurbs (which really are almost like buying new.)
