Need advice quickly

i found this dsw600 on ebay. as the picture shows it has damage to the corner. It dosent seem too bad. looks like something might have been dropped on its corner. Here is what I know about it

Its has slighty cosmetic damage
He guarantees it works fine
It has the manual and cord
Its missing the remote
It was a demo model used in a store. This may sound bad but there are two reasons I am not too concerned. I bought my RTIA5's at sound advice when they where shutting down and they look and function perfectly. Most stores that sell the DSW 600's are gonna be a higher end store, so i dont expect that it was abused by a bunch of bass-heads.

If i dont get this I will be getting a PSW505 from Newegg

Thanks for the Info But the 300 for the dsw600 is stretching my budget. I know there is no such thing as a great cheap sub so i am not expecting the greatest, I just want a solid sub 300 subwoofer.
