I didn't see the game, but by looking at the youtube clip all I have to say is...huh?
Crawford is in the paint behind his guy, and Nash is at half-court. Crawford backs off of his guy to avoid contact and a foul, only to get called for...fouling Nash at half-court?
Am I missing something here?

How Joey Crawford is still employed is beyond me. That guy has it out for certain players and teams. David Stern said Crawford's actions "failed to meet the standards of professionalism and game management we expect of NBA referees."
