I just wanted to thank Polk customer service and all the other hard working polk employees! From personal experience with them a few weeks ago...I had a driver damaged during shipping and received a new one within a few days. And some that I have seen with members on here, with some going above and beyond their normal duties, it's great to see a company that truly cares about their customers. So fellow polkies let's hear it for these people. I am truly grateful to own a product from such a great company. Thank you!!!:)
