...They are in Excellent condition - MINT Hooked up for audition. - $750.00
- Local pick up 20017 - Washington, DC
- I guarantee if you have listened to B&W 703's or B&W 804's.....these would meet or beat either at half the used price. Avance uses 7" Scanspeak vs B&W 6" drivers.
....All Scanspeak drivers. The Epsilon 980's compare favorably to the B&W 804S speakers. Easily Beat out the B&W CDM7-NT .
.....Scanspeak makes drivers for a lot of highend speakers. Kevlar cones.
...Made in Denmark - dual 7" Kevlar woven Scanspeak midrange drivers equipped with massive motor assemblies and extra-large voice coils. The Epsilon's 3/4" fabric dome tweeter, specially designed with a concave mounting flange. First and third order crossovers are employed perfectly inphase; first order on the mid/woofers while a third order high pass crossover is used on the tweeters to improve power handling.

How has he managed to keep the price so low? Consider this: the competition asks way more when boasting even less "PPC" (premium parts count). ....." - read full review at bottom.
