Pulled pork for dinner

Threw a chunk of Pork Loin in the crockpot today, along with a bottle of Sticky Fingers Carolina Sweet bbq sauce. Been working on it for about 8 hours now... looks wonderful.

Now to answer the real question - why do I always type "Polk" when trying to type "Pork"? I always get it wrong. Perhaps it's an issue with the beer -> meal ratio.

Oh, and Yes is cranked on the SDA's.... life is good!

    Pulled pork is delicious. I almost like it better that brisket. Enjoy.

    Holy. Crap.

    This stuff is delicious.

    It's the first pulled pork I've made since I got the crockpot. I've been holding out, and finally got two loin filets for BOGO from the supermarket. So glad I did... Yummmmmm
