What to do?

As you know I purchased Dan's (Mantis) RB960BX amp and it sounds fantastic, that's why I am considering buying the Rmb-1066 six channel amp for my 6.1 setup, and trading my Yammer 1300 with my brother for his 1200 hundred and pre-amping all the channels, is this a smart thing to do or overkill, 600i, 400i, 3 rc65i inwalls for surrounds, if so should I get rid of the 960bx? Give me some help here!
