    dayum thats fast............ given the recent trend the record might not stand long, it's been changing with the tides with the Nissan GTR and Vette ZR1

    Production derived... I'm not sure that a comparison between this and the ZR1 is real valid.

    Maybe if the ZR1 were completely gutted, had a race ready suspension, some slicks, and a cage.
    I don't read the newsssspaperssss because dey aaaallllllllll...... have ugly print.

    A ferrari 575M is where my heart is. Less money than the ZR1 at this point, and far better looking.

    correct, then I assume the ZR1 still has the production record. still, sub seven seconds around nurburg is insane even if it is heavily tweaked.
