I'm planning on upgrading the caps and resistors on my Monitor 7C's soon. I have the components identified, except for one, which looks like a small capacitor. Does anyone know what this is, what it does, etc?

Picture is attached. The component I'm talking about is blue, and at the bottom of the picture, by to the resistor.

This is my first time upgrading crossovers. Any advice would be great :-)

The little blue thing is tweeter protection.
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

Degrades the sound. You can jumper its leads & remove it.
