Soda? on tweeter...

Hey, it looks like there is some soda around the edge of the tweeter on one of my speakers....not on the dome itself, in the groove at the base of the dome. any tips on something safe to use on it? I was thinking a Q-tip, but wasn't sure what I could have on the Q-tip.
