Has anyone seen a basement that looks like an old town city street? I recently saw a house for sale that has its own little town downstairs and I can't get it out of my mind. That would be so cool to hang out in.

A little larger than the normal basement, but The House on the Rock in WI has an old west style city street in one of the rooms/areas. It is pretty neat.

I just wish we had basements.
Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.

try some train hobbyist websites..those folks are as nuts about trains as we are about audio stuff. they have some elaborate villages built around their homes.

Bummer, best area in a house! They are great for drinkin' in, listenin' in, sleepin' in and general playin' in!

I would have enough room for a small theater, a country store (really a pantry inside), a little lounging area, maybe a little club with a stage. Mostly it would be walls with an alley and sidewalk in between (which would be the main area for listening). I imagine a few lights over the entrances and maybe a tree or two coming out of the sidewalk. The theater entrance would actually go into the theater area and the back walk out would go to the "park".
